Heathland Conservation at RSPB Aylesbeare Common Reserve

This project will complete a programme of habitat improvements to protect and restore 8ha of rare and threatened lowland heathland (UKBAP Habitat) on RSPB Aylesbeare Common Reserve. Improvement works will include heathland bare ground creation, heather mowing and coppicing, bracken management and provision of a firewood processor.
