Heating and Thermal Insulation upgrade – Hamfields Leisure Buiding

Hamfields Leisure building is circa 1970’s design and construction. It is totally devoid of any thermal insulation and the existing electrical heaters are old, inefficient and are coming to their end of life. The trustees wish to replace their existing electrical heaters with modern night storage heaters and also purchase and install addition insulation within the roof/loft spaces. This upgrade would go some way reducing the Charitable Trusts high energy costs and would be of environmental benefit by reducing carbon emissions.
