Heating and Windows

Replacement heating system in conjunction with double glazed windows:
The new heating system will provide a more effective and efficient method of keeping the Centre warm for our users as well as reducing our overheads and ultimately our carbon footprint. This in conjunction with new double glazed windows will provide the Community with the most effective and clean method of heating.
Our current system uses the original Victorian lead pipes throughout the building; they are approximatesly 12 cm in diameter and run throughouth the building. Due to age and wear and tear they are beginning to perish at a variety of points making using the centre difficult. Should we have to turn off the heating completely in order to prevent further damage and cost, it would incur a loss of usage due to the temperature of the building.
The building was an old church and as such boasts large arched windows set into stone surround, again original features of the building. Please see sheet
