Heaton Moor Park perimeter railing restoration

The project proposes the reinstatement of park boundary railings which were removed as part of the war effort and never replaced. The aim is to reinstate a heritage feature of the park and to improve park security. Daytime surveillance will be improved by the removal of hedging and the park will be more inviting. Security at night will be improved through the ability to close the park.
