Hebburn/Prince Consort Road Cycle Link

To create a new cycle and footpath along Hebburn Riverside including Prince Consort Road. the work will include a viewing platform of the river. The work being carried out will include laying of new paths and improvements to old ones, fencing work, interpretation boards and signage.
