Hebden Bridge Town Hall

Hebden Bridge Town Hall was once the centre of local civic and community life. The past few years have seen a concerted community led campaign to bring the neglected building back to the centre of community life.
The community run charity Hebden Bridge Community Association agreed with Calderdale Council to take over control and management of this key building, in a pioneering asset transfer agreement on April 1st 2010.
At the same time over £3M has been successfully raised for a major new build extension on the site, to create a proper hub for the Hebden Bridge community where there will be facilities for many community groups, access to services from Calderdale and the town/parish councils, and a base for small enterprise.
