Hedge Hunters

Using an existing willow woodland we want to create an outdoor teaching area that will be a flagship project for other organisation to observe and use for inspiration. By using local young people volunteering their time to increase the biodiversity of the woodland but also to increase its access and make it more interactive. Removing hazards from the site to increase its safety and allow more people to access the site. Once the work is done the site will be more suitable for nursery children to access and run forest school programmes. The site would also be suitable for outdoor skills, bushcraft and greenwood work training.
