Hemyock Youth Centre & Community Gym

To purchase gym equipment for a community gym and rehabilitation centre for use by a youth facility situated in the same building and the general public of all ages and needs. The equipment will belong to the parish and be housed in a building leased to Hemyock Parish Council for 25 years and run by the Blackdown Healthy Living Centre Committee (BHLC) (Registered Charity – 278819) The gym will be managed by a not-for-profit Social Enterprise charitable company, Tone Leisure, who will pay rent, meet their utility costs, and reinvest any profit after costs into the centre, overseen by a joint committee of Tone Leisure and BHLC representatives.
