Hen Ardd Common Wetland Boardwalk

The wooden walkway is a key feature of proposals to open up Hen Ardd for community use. Wardens from Denbighshire Countryside Services have agreed to design a wooden boardwalk/walkway over the wetland, in conjunction with the County Ecologist, which will allow the public to explore and enjoy the rare wetland fauna and flora. Common land improvements such as hedge lying, sensitive landscaping, way marking, clearing existing public footpaths and fly tipping will be included.
