Hereford Skatepark, Hereford – Extension (40006/D/TP)

The surface area of the skatepark, extending it from approx 900m2 to 1500 m2, also increasing the number of features and ensuring that the new is fully integrated with the existing surface. Currently the skatepark has a unique mix of what are known as “bowls” and “street” sections. The extension would create more “street” area with various unique “features”. All the elements of the skatepark duplicate what you would find in public places, which greatly reduces the need for users to skateboard in the streets.

The Trust grant will contribute towards the skatepark extension.
