Herne Bay FC – Ball Stop Netting

The project involves the installation of properly constructed ball stop netting to replace the present poor quality netting which offers insufficient ball stopping ability. The need for the new netting is to provide extended protection to all areas behind each stand at each end of the football ground, including the car park and the ground entrance, where there is a potential for damage to vehicles, or injury to persons in the area. In addition it is to stop footballs flying into properties adjacent to the football ground with the potential to cause injury or damage.
