Hernhill Playing Fields - Tennis Court Re-surfacing and lighting

There is an existing tennis court which is an old tarmac covered court. The surface is old and in many areas broken and/or cracked. There is also evidence of tree root encroachment and player safety is being compromised. We would like to re-surface it and also make it useable for football and basketball. We would also like to introduce lighting to extend the hours which the court can be used.
