Heronries

The project aims to protect and enhance islands across three London parks currently used by breeding Grey herons. The work will include reprofiling edges and planting marginal vegitation. The project aims to protect and create new habitat for breeding adult birds and provide hunting grounds for juvenile herons on leaving the nest.
