High House

High House, Pufleet this is a Grade II heritage site. Originally a working farm this site is now owned by Thurrock Thames Gateway Development Corporation who plan to refurbish the site as an education and community facility and convert the coachmans cottage (located in the inner courtyard next to the stable block) into a café with toilet facilities. Thurrock Play Network working alongside the High House Community Group are working towards bringing the walled garden, stable block and the inner courtyard of this site back into use as a community garden and indoor and outdoor space for community events and a meeting place.
