Hill Millom Village Hall Improvements

Hill Millom Village Hall is on the A5093 roadside through the village. All quarry traffic passes the building and has had an adverse effect on the structure. The quarry blasting can be felt in the village.
Refurbish the existing Village Hall both internally and externally.
External: render and decorate, replace guttering, create disabled ramp, and rebuild boundary walls.
Internal; replace main windows with wooden double glazed units, install a central heating system (LPG), provide disabled toilet facility, new lighting system, and internal redecoration.
