Hillstown Village Hall, Bolsover – Solar Panels and Internal Refurbishment

This building needs a new lighting and heating system helping to save energy. Replace boundary fence, to make it safe and improve the site appearance.
New toilet’s, removing some internal walls, rebuilding interior, fitting solar panels, heating system (currently hasn’t any), new carpet, minor building on second entrance area, decoration of building after work has been carried out.
This building had been used as a first aid training area and has not been modernized. Now the village hall has been it looks below standard. We wouldn’t currently wish to let it to customers as it is. If it isn’t put into use it will become derelict and be danger on site
