Historic Park of Moggerhanger

The “Historic Park of Moggerhanger” Project will enhance and conserve the biodiversity of one of the remaining parklands in Bedfordshire. Comparisons between historical records and the current extent of parkland habitats show that a significant amount of the parkland resource in Bedfordshire has been lost. The project will contribute towards the wood-pasture and parkland Habitat Action Plan in Bedfordshire and contribute to the LBAP targets. The house and grounds are also a significant resource in Bedfordshire for visitors who enjoy the open access of the ground.
