Hockworthy Village Hall - Facilities Upgrade

There is a need to increase the toilets available for ladies. Change 3 gents toilets into 2 unisex toilets. Create specific storage area as recommended in recent fire safety review, by making small outbuilding secure. Install window in kitchen and velux windows in hall.
