Holbrooks Community Centre, Coventry - community centre toilet refurbishment and window replacement (008270)

This project aims to modernise Holbrooks Community Centre to create a safe, welcoming, and sustainable space for all. Key goals include refurbishing the toilet facilities with water-saving features to reduce consumption and improve accessibility, installing energy-efficient windows and secure doors to enhance comfort and safety, and replacing flooring and redecorating key areas to improve the overall environment. A new office space will be created to free up existing rooms for wider community use. These improvements will help the centre better serve local residents of all ages by supporting more activities, events, and services. The project will strengthen community ties, promote environmental responsibility through energy and water efficiency, and ensure the centre remains a valuable, inclusive hub now and in the future.
