Holy Trinity Church, Exmouth – access to community room

This project is to create a 2nd staircase from the ground floor to the community spaces on the first and 2nd floor. This need has arisen because the current access arrangements do not meet fire safety regulations so the church is restricted to 60 users on the upper levels. This is having a negative impact on the use of the community spaces for large gatherings such as concerts, baptisms and funerals. The Fire Officer supports the project and when complete will allow the church to admit up to 150 users to the upper floors.
