Installation of a new condensing boiler, together with 3 fan convector units and associated work. A condensing boiler is considered to provide better value for money and will reduce the carbon footprint. To provide a comfortable temperature once again during services as well as for other community activities, and to preserve the building which is grade 1 listed.
