Holylands Community Garden

The aim of the project is to create a community garden in the heart of teh holylands, South Belfast. The project will increase use of the space through volunteering, increase and develop sharinga dn interaction amongst volunteers, bring health to the community from growing healthy produce and improve the skills levels, knowledge and understanding between the volunteers. The project will create a safe, accessible space for everyone including older residents, wheelchari uasers, youth and those from ethnic minorities. It will involve teh sustainable collection and storgae of rain water, develop the potential for growing through planting fruit trees, raised beds and other plants.
