Hope Community Church Aintree (4) – Community Building Energy Saving Measures 007810)

The Hope Centre which was originally a school and has a gas-fired boiler and pipe system which runs on a feed and return basis to heat the whole building the heating is either on or off. This project will zone the heating system and include the installation of automatically operated three port actuator valves that will allow the organisation to control the heat to the areas as required. Controls will be linked to the central computer for easy operation and this will also allow for remote control by ‘Smartphone’. This will minimise energy use and maximise the efficiency of the system.
