Hope Transition Project

To provide a community Garden for the local Community,Schools and Colleges to utilise. In addition it will be used by young peole with learning disabilities to gain horticultural work experience and promote health and wellbeing. Local volunteers will mentor the young people involved to promote social inclusion, community partnership and environmental regenaration.
