Horse Carrs ReRoofing

Horse Carrs was well used by the community prior to lockdown. However during the last year the roof has deteriorated and water has been entering the premises whilst the building has been closed. The project is to reroof the building, replacing or repairing the existing rooflights, adding in more insulation thus making the building weatherproof and better insulated. Without this work the building will continue to deteriorate and may be lost as a community asset.

The project funds will be used to cover the cost of reroofing the building and to making good plasterwork and woodwork in rooms affected by water ingress.
