Horsehay Village Hall, Telford - Improvements (40120/D)

To make the heating and water system more economical by fitting an "A" rated boiler, improve the security of the building by installing metal security doors. To insulate the outer main hall walls to keep the heat in, fit a porch over the main door to also help retain the heat inside the building. The TRust grant will contribute towards the hall improvements.
