Hull Ionians, Elloughton – Clubhouse Improvements

There are two parts to the project:
1. Over-cladding of flat roof (24x106m) to the main function hall with 0.7mm plastisol coated steel and infill void with 80mm glass-fibre insulation. Replacing aged and damaged guttering for the whole Clubhouse with 150m new UPVC gutters and downpipes. The existing roof and gutters are over 30 years old and failing badly with many leakages and escalating maintenance costs.
2. External patio/terrace. Replace grass embankment, extending paved patio area by 21m2, including 3 glass fronted disabled viewing spaces. 3x outdoor benches & low tables and planting boxes. Install food bar in existing room with new servery counter out to patio, including security door, shutter, shelving and basic kitchen equipment.
