To purchase and erect a concrete garage which will be sited alongside an identical garage; this will be used to store ground maintenence equipment. Also to erect an extension to the pavilion; the entrance/exit will be from an existing door in the home changing room. The extension will be used to store an ever increasing amount of kit.
