Hut 6388 Redevelopment, 63rd Bristol (St Andrew with St Bartholomew) Boy Scout Group

This project is for the complete rebuild of the current 60 year old wooden Scout hut which is in an irreparable state and is becoming unsafe. It is a vital space for the local community and a complete rebuild has been granted planning permission, along with the award of a long term lease from Bristol City Council. The rebuilding of Hut 6388 will provide an affordable, multi-use community venue for the inner city community of Ashley (St Andrews, Ashley Down, Montpelier and St Pauls) with over 50,000 inhabitants. Not only will current users benefit from a well-designed, purpose built space but a new building will enable many more new groups to use it.
