Ilchester Park For All

Aim: – to transform a tired and underused monoculture grassed green space, currently with limited sub-standard leisure provision for a narrow section of the community, into a thriving resource for all sections of the local community as well as local wildlife. This will be achieved through working in partnership with supporting organisations/ authorities and a key element of the project will involve empowering the local community to take an active role in the project, through skills development and training provision. This significant improvement and community engagement will ultimately increase community use of sites.
