Implementation of management plan for Rye House Nature Reserve

The capital works Visitor Centre project on this reserve is already registered (459149.058). The annual wildlife habitat creation and management programme amounts to £60-£70k pa. It covers the salary of 2 full-time reserve wardens and hire and use of equipment on site. Works include maintaining the lagoons, managing reedbeds, maintaining trails and visitor facilities.
