The is to improve and upgrade access at Seaforth Village Hall, Warninglid, W. Sussex, so that the elderly and disabled can make better use of the facilities. The Hall is the only one available to village residents for community activities, meetings, etc. It is available for private hire and is used in particular by an amateur dramatics group. The local doctor uses the Hall for people unable to attend the surgery in the next village. During 2002/03 funds have been raised from the District Council and other bodies to replace elective heaters with an oil fired central heating system, to install new kitchen units and equipment, and partial re roofing
