Improve environment for the users of the Community Centre

To reduce the energy consumption of the building by improving the thermal performance. This will be achieved by capping damp issues on the wall, fitting insulation both within the ceiling and the walls, installing more energy efficient radiators and replacing the lights with energy efficient bulbs.
The environment will be more pleasant, warmer, lighter and more comfortable for all users but especially the elderly, disabled and children. To maximise the number of users the dated screen will be replaced with a soundproof folding screen.
