Improve Facilities at Jubilee Park Houghton

To improve facilities for local children, by providing age appropriate play equipment, to be installed in an enclosed well maintained play area. To ensure the park provides a wide range of activities to meet the needs of children of all ages, and particularly to improve facilities for junior and pre teen aged children.
