Improved Pathways at HAPPA

HAPPA is a charity that give second chances to neglected, abused and abandoned horse and ponies through rehab,rescue and re-homing and education. The charity hosts a café, viewing gallery and shop for visitors and those attending Pony squad and other community events. They have outgrown their accessible parking space so the project is to link a larger overflow car park with accessible paths.
