Improvement and Maintenance of Rixton with Glazebrook Community Hall

Tarmac car park to rear and side of the hall, Construct a flagged area to the rear of the hall for the community to use a a quite area, provide a floor cleaner as the hall is used a lot for floor exercises: yoga, Pilates and over 50 exercises, Replace 10 fence panels which have gone into disrepair, Provide a gate to keep the rear of the hall secure and reduce any potential anti social behaviour (only locked after dark), Procure some more chairs (40) as the hall has 110 chairs with a capacity of 147 and provide an electric lawn mower so the maintenance of the lawns can be done by volunteers.
