Improvement/Maintenance of Facilities for Penn Community Hall and Penn United Reformed Church

This is a project to improve and maintain the facilities at Penn United Reformed Church. It entails (1) to refurbish the church heating system; and (2) to provide new chairs/tables for Penn Community Hall.
