Improvement of Local Community Low Cost Facilities

The project is designd to provide, for all age groups, improved community facilities and meets all current legislation and diversity of interests in the local community at an affordable hire fee aided by reduced running costs. The project increases floor area by 33%, provides a homely ambience to encourage use by way of a drop ceiling and soft, hygenic flooring as well as replacing the central heating systems and toilets with efficient systems that meet all current health and safety requirements. The toilets will meet the needs of single parents with nappy changing facilities
