Improvement to Facilities at Lutterworth RFC

Our clubhouse is currently use mainly by the membership of the club, and some other members of the community. With the addition of another communal room we want to make the clubhouse facilities more adaptable for different uses and make it more of a community building. By adding extra space, the aim is that the members can use that space for meetings etc. thus releasing the main clubroom for more recreational activities by both members and the community as a whole. The extra space would also be used by members of the community who currently use the main clubroom for meetings, seminars, coaching academies etc. once again releasing the main clubroom for other things. Our aim is to also increase the usage of the new space with meetings etc. by the local community.

We have approached several groups both existing community users and additional users, such as:- Children’s Marching Band, Scout groups, Leicestershire Police, Lutterworth Fire Service, Leicestershire Coaching academy,
