Improvements at the near end of Barden Lake in Haysden Country Park, Tonbridge & Malling Borough Council, Kent

This project aims to provide new amenities for the public to enjoy by restoring the landscape and improve public access to the near end of Barden Lake in Haysden Country Park. Land drainage, grass seeding and bank protection will stabilise the area and allow a new path to be built for easy access to the water’s edge, and beyond onto a new jetty. The project will improve access by making the land level and easier to walk on for less able people and families with pushchairs.
