Improving and Extending Bedford Borough Recycling Sites.

To improve existing recycling sites and provide new recycling facilities in areas where there is a proven need for them. The project aims to demonstrate that the public do want to recycle, but to encourage them to do so, the sites need to be made easy, convenient and attractive for people.
