Improving biodiversity through community involvement at Lagan Valley

The project will bring in a team of dedicated environmental trainees to Lagan Valley to undertake major biodiversity projects including the eradication of an invasive species, planting of native tree species, planting of native wildflowers and re-establishment of native hedges. All this will enhance the visitor experience at Lagan Valley and will encourage more native wildlife into the area.
