Improving Hilton Village Hall core facilities

To replace the glazed roof to the entrance hall and atrium corridor with higher grade glass to reduce leaks, improve heat retention in winter and reduce heat build up in summer.
To refurbish the toilets to increase accessibility by reducing the number of toilets creating more space. To introduce low flush toilets thus reducing water usage.
