Improving our facilities for the community

Cheltenham North Rugby Football Club provides for the participation in sport including (but not exclusively) rugby football. The club draws on people principally in the areas to the North of Cheltenham, Tewkesbury, Bishops Cleeve, Woodmancote, Stoke Orchard, Winchcombe, Gotherington, Gretton, Greet. Based and working for our local community we are aiming to provide better facilities for children and young people alike. We aim to encourage all local clubs to use our existing playing fields such as Running/Athletics, Archery and the local cadet force. We already support over 250 mini’s (aged under 10) and juniors, a successful and vibrant Colts and Youth teams – both boys and girls. In 2019 we are delighted to be fielding our first ever women’s rugby team to play at league standards. We want and need to increase the changing rooms, provide en-suite rooms, a Sports Therapy suite, “officials'” changing facilities, which will double up as our “transgender” changing facility.
