Improving pond-dipping opportunities at Lower Smite Farm

To replace the old pond dipping platforms (and associated benches) on the Granary pond and Woodland pond at Lower Smite Farm. To carry out repairs to the Orchard Bridge. To reduce reed encroachment of the Granary pond by removing 10m x 10m of reeds.
