Inchbroom Play Park

This project is to build a childrens play park at Inchbroom Lossiemouth. The play park would be built at the southern end of the football pitch. This ground is common good and freely available. The play park is needed as there are no facilities within the area for children. The nearest play park is over a mile away and the busy main road into Lossiemouth has to be crossed. The play park would be easily available to the residents of Inchbroom Avenue, Woodland Walk, Gilmour Crescent and Kellas Avenue. There are also plans to build another 68 family houses in the immediate area and the Moray Housing Partnership have almost completed the build of 22 family homes.
