Install a new fire alarm and emergency lighting system

To install a new up to date fire alarm and emergency lighting system to ensure a safe environment for the public to meet in our large building. Our current system is outdated and parts of it do not comply with current legislation.
The new fire system/ emergency lighting will ensure that the Community centre meets current health and safety requirements for a public building. Having the new system will enable early detection of a fire and assist us to locating it more quickly by having a fire panel at the entrance to the building rather than in the rear with zones that will show which part of the building the fire is located in. Modern emergency lighting will help to ensure a smoother evacuation of users.
