Installation of Play Equipment at Three Public Parks

The installation of 3 items of special play equipment together with associated impact absorbing surfacing and access paths, for use by disabled and able children, at the public playgrounds in Shoebury, Chalkwell and Oakwood parks, Southend-on-Sea.
