Installation of Solar Panels

The project will install 42 Trina Polycrystalline Photo Voltaic modules on the community centre's south-east facing roof (covering 70.4m2). This will provide a total installed capacity of 9.870kWp (kilowatt-peak - the peak output of a PV system) and an estimated annual output of 7,872 kWh (kilo Watt hours). The building has been assessed & given the Centre's location in a crowded residential area and premises with limited storage space, solar photovoltaic panels are the obvious and only option in terms of installing renewable technology. The building has a large, south facing structurally sound roof and electricity is one of our main sources of energy.
