Insulation & Acoustical Installation to Hall

To install a suspended ceiling incorporating insulation and low energy lighting in the main hall of the Social Centre. As there is no insulation to the 1960 asbestos roof this will cut energy consumption and costs and also improve the hall’s acoustics.
